Photographic narratives through people & place

A mindfull photographic aproach, looking to connect and reflect meaningful engagement

I create work at the intersection of fine art and documentary, using photography as a way to listen—to people, to place, to fleeting states of being. My portraits often go beyond faces; they hold the quiet of a room, the memory in a wall, the mood of an atmosphere just before it changes.

Each project is a meditation on transience and tension. Society Drifts observes the frayed edges of cultural identity. Cat Solo turns inward to explore ritual, solitude, and the dream logic of domestic life. Eliot’s Keep investigates how architecture absorbs emotion and time. Voyage Djeli moves outward, tracing heritage and myth through travel, rhythm, and memory.

Based in South Devon, I draw from its coastal light, weathered surfaces, and slow shifts in rhythm. Whether working locally or abroad, I’m drawn to what sits at the edges—between presence and absence, belonging and departure.

I photograph to preserve what’s in danger of disappearing. Portraits not just of people, but of feeling, trace, and time.
